Back in the early '70s, television was an integral tool for exposure of musical artists into the home. Completely decked out with his touring light show and stage setup in The Mothers' private rehearsal hall, Frank Zappa attempted to commit to videotape material for his own TV production, ultimately with the intention to shop to major networks. Unfortunately, there were technical issues that ultimately contributed to the footage being shelved and stored in the Vault.<br/> <br/>50 years later, with the advancements in post-production editorial tools, we present Cheaper Than Cheep. The 5LP Deluxe version include the album tracks in their entirety and a previously unreleased full-length live concert from the band's Municipal Auditorium, San Antonio show on the band's Live In 85 Tour. The tour ran to a total of 248 gigs (including Live Aid in London) in 117 cities. It was seen by over two and a half million people.<br/> <br/>The Deluxe edition include a 16-page booklet featuring new liner notes by Paul Sexton, with new interviews with band members Mark Knopfler, John Illsley and Guy Fletcher, and come with exclusive art cards.

1964 was the year that the U.S.A. first fell head-over-heels for The Beatles, with an unprecedented run of albums and singles topping the charts and going on to sell millions of copies. But these albums are not simply replicas of the 1963 and 1964 albums released by Parlophone in the UK and rest of world.
